Der NLC Down – Shock Umbau für HD / V-Rod ist weltweit einzigartig. Das Federsystem der V-Rod wird nach unten
verlegt, so dass die Dämpfer rechts und links entfallen und eine ultra cleane Optik entsteht. Der Kit ist so konstruiert, dass man alles „bolt-on“ montieren kann.

Es müssen keine Änderungen am Rahmen vorgenommen werden, so dass der Umbau von einen Mechaniker problemlos durchgeführt werden kann. Ausgestattet ist dieser Kit mit einer Airride - Luftfederung, die in der Höhe und Federhärte verstellbar ist. Alle erforderlichen Teile sind im Kit enthalten. Das Tankvolumen verringert sich etwas, so dass noch 16 Liter Tankinhalt zur Verfügung stehen.

Mit der Down – Shock “bolt on“ - Variante sind wir in der Lage große Radreifen-Kombinationen zu fahren, die weltweit einzigartig für HD / V-Rod sind, z.B. 10 x 20 mit 280/40-20 oder 9,0 x 21 mit 260/35-21.

Es stehen 5 Design-Varianten zur Auswahl:

4. Einarm Schwinge “MONZA“

Bis Baujahr 06 müssen die unteren Rahmenträger modifiziert werden.

The NLC Down – Shock conversion for HD/V-Rod is unique throughout the world.
The suspension system is relocated to the bottom which makes both shock absorbers obsolete and results in an awesome straight look. The construction of the kit allows bolt-on installation.
No modification of the frame, whatsoever. Any mechanic is able to accomplish the conversion without problem.

The kit includes an air ride suspension, adjustable in height and spring rate, as well as all other necessary parts. The capacity of the tank is slightly reduced to about 16 litres.

The Down – Shock “bolt on“ version allows to drive big wheel – tire combinations, one of a kind all over the world for HD/V-Rod. E.g. 10 x 20 with 280/40-20 or 9,0 x 21 with 260/35-21
